For the second week in a row, President Trump has bucked the Republican Party and made a deal with Democrats in Congress. The panelists discussed if another deal with Democrats could be on the horizon, along with independent Sen. Bernie Sanders introduced a single-payer insurance bill he calls "Medicare for All."
